What are some current laws that are being debated?
I need an issue that can be debated constiutionally. I.e., abortion, video games and violence, death penalty, gay marriage, etc. Thanks.
You’ve already hit the “big” ones. The other major issues are immigration (illegal) and power of the executive branch versus the Legislative branch regarding the Iraqi war. The other issue I can think of is what rights do “enemy” combatants have to utilize the U.S. justice system.
